Refunds & RETURNS
At Heathen Hide, every piece is made to order, and because of that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If your order shows up with an issue, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we’ll make it right. Beyond cases of damage upon arrival, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
